Ben House is licensed in Texas, in both State and Federal Courts. During his ten years of varied litigation experience, he has focused primarily on major trucking defense and insurance coverage cases for major carriers. He also supports a substantial practice in construction law, business and commercial contracts and transactions, and business and construction litigation, representing clients in a variety of construction and business disputes. Ben has actively tried and participated in dozens of major litigation cases, as well as appeals to the Texas Supreme Court, and has appeared before numerous Federal and State benches in Harris, Fort Bend and Galveston counties during the past 10 years. The younger Mr. House is a Cum Laude graduate from Texas A&M's College of Architecture, carrying a B.S. in Construction Science. Ben has hands-on construction experience having worked for a commercial contractor in his past, and is a member of several construction and architectural honors societies. Ben was a student editor of the South Texas College of Law Construction Law Journal and graduate of that school, and was first in his class for his contract damages coursework, receiving a CALI award. Ben has many friends in the contracting industry and is avid about protecting the rights of such companies.

A Cum Laude graduate of the HEB School of Business at the University of the Incarnate Word, Lestage holds a degree in Marketing. While at Incarnate Word, he was a standout student-athlete, securing three conference championships and earning four All-Conference honors in NCAA Division I swimming. Lestage earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2023.
